At AdoreSupply.co, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, our return and refund policy is firm and clear.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been shipped. Once a package has left our facility, we no longer have physical access to it. We appreciate your understanding.
Right to Refuse Service
AdoreSupply.co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at
support@adoresupply.co within 10 days of the delivery date. Damages include leaks or internal product defects. Minor cosmetic flaws are not considered damage.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for issues caused by user error or for claims submitted after the 10-day period. Whether a refund or replacement is issued is at the sole discretion of AdoreSupply.co.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. Please confirm your order details carefully before submitting your purchase. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, you may contact us at
support@adoresupply.co.
Please note that product colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen and display settings. We recommend reviewing swatches and verified brand imagery before completing a purchase.
All sale items, including those purchased during promotional events, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us at
support@adoresupply.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items within 10 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. To request a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Email
support@adoresupply.co to initiate the return process.
If a return is approved, we will provide a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount. Return shipping costs are not covered by AdoreSupply.co.
We do not issue refunds for user error, opened products, or minor cosmetic issues. Nail products are sensitive to shelf life, and we follow strict hygienic practices. All items are recommended to be used within two years of opening.
Orders placed during promotional periods, including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Any chargebacks submitted without prior communication or a legitimate claim will result in the cancellation of that order and a block on all future orders. This policy is in place to protect our business from fraudulent activity.
Policy Enforcement
All refunds, replacements, and policy decisions are made at the sole discretion of AdoreSupply.co.
