Welcome to AdoreSupply.co. We are a Texas-based U.S. business offering professional-grade nail supplies. Many of our products are sourced from overseas, which can impact processing and delivery times. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Standard processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days. During peak periods—such as product launches, sales, or holiday seasons—processing may take up to 4 to 8 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you prefer not to wait, we recommend placing a separate order for in-stock items. Pre-order shipping times may vary based on overseas arrival schedules and customs clearance.

Shipping Options

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and others. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment. Orders over $150 USD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping time estimates begin once the order has been processed. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3 to 8 business days. International shipping may take approximately 15 to 22 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes do not include processing time. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, the package may be moving between shipping facilities or carriers. This is normal and may cause delays in status updates. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, you can contact us at support@adoresupply.co. We are unable to accommodate specific delivery instructions. For any special requests, please contact the carrier directly.

P.O. Boxes and International Orders

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure your local postal service can accept parcels. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages returned due to incompatible delivery locations. For international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that our products are permitted by their country’s import regulations. Orders returned or disposed of by customs for non-compliance will not be refunded.

Lost or Returned Packages

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept will not be refunded. If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, please reach out to us at support@adoresupply.co so we can help resolve the issue.
